  1. Viv

I just love these books on the geography of Africa and wish they had been available when I was at school. They are educational, but easy to understand, colourful and appealing to children.

  2. Kieron Pearce

These books are a great tool for teaching children Geography outside of the traditional eurocentric framework. Written with a great deal of care by someone who is a parent and appreciates the importance for children to learn about the whole world. These books really help show Africa in an engaging and positive light.

  3. Hilary Harris

An important, accessible and clearly written addition to KS2 Geography resources, highlighting Africa and African culture. The resources cleverly focus on distinct regions of Africa, not just Africa as a whole. For pupils unfamiliar with Africa, the study books give a clear understanding of each region’s unique features and resources. Children of African origin will, unusually, be able to see their own family and cultural heritage clearly highlighted. A great resource for educators with activity books to consolidate their learning.
