This book is made up of four Sections. Section one explores ancient Alkebulan commonly known as Africa including; the traditional musical instruments indigenous to Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Senegal.
Section two examines colonised Africa discussing the European scramble and eventual partitioning and occupation of African territory.
Section three looks at the revolutions and fight for a decolonised Africa.
Section four defines the territory considered West Africa as modern-day Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Senegal. This section explores the pre-colonial European merchants in West Africa, the West African; partitioning, the railway system, colonial currency and the Transatlantic slave trade. This section also considers the ancient Kingdoms, colonies, the Republic of Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Senegal.
The book has a glossary section containing definitions and a list of references.
